A significant share of the turnover takes place in the subsidiaries. They include production companies as well as trading companies with different specialities.
All of the subsidiaries have an independent profile but a general strategic coordination of the production of the companies is implemented relative to the parent company and the other companies within the group.
With the exception of Plumrose USA the production of the companies is primarily based on Danish raw materials/products. The production of the USA company is based on American raw materials but it is also used as a platform for the sale of the parent company’’s products on the American continent, which provides the group with useful knowledge.
