Global Red Meat Standard
As customer and legislative requirements have evolved in recent years, Danish Meat Association in co-operation with the Danish co-operative slaughterhouses and the Danish Meat Research Institute have developed the Global Red Meat Standard (GRMS) to underpin the production and delivery of high quality red meat.
The GRMS is specially tailored to the specific requirements of the meat industry and offers comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the production process.
